Добрый день!снимаю квартиру,в которой задекларирован как физ.лицо.Юридический адрес в этой же квартире,деятельность там неведется.Для получения ПВНа ВИД запросил договор найма.Нужен ли он?Этот договор будет обычным договором о найме или там должен быть указан пункт о юр.адресе?Заранее большое спасибо!

К слову...недавно разбирал договора в одной, весёлой компаний. Помните мультик - деревня " простокваша " - отец Фёдер написал, собака написала, кот написал юр.адрес т. д. Там также, договора всем колхозом, один написал ...., занимательное чтиво.
